When you book with me, your treatment is done under the supervision of a medical director. I'm the licensed RN doing the injection, following physician-directed protocols. My medical director is a physician with 23 years of practice and about 12 years in aesthetics. That means a nurse and a physician both stand behind the plan for your face.
These are the typical unit ranges and costs from my pricing page. They're averages from typical treatment ranges, so treat them as a starting point:
| Treatment area | Typical units | Estimated cost at $13/unit |
|---|---|---|
| Forehead lines | 10 to 20 units | $130 to $260 |
| Frown lines (11s) | 20 to 25 units | $260 to $325 |
| Crow's feet | 10 to 15 units | $130 to $195 |
| Brow lift | 4 to 8 units | $52 to $104 |
| Bunny lines | 4 to 6 units | $52 to $78 |
| Lip flip | 4 to 6 units | $52 to $78 |
| Full face | 40 to 60 units | $520 to $780 |
Your exact number depends on muscle strength, anatomy, and the result you want, and I confirm it at your free consultation.
A unit is a measured dose of the neurotoxin. Pricing per unit means you pay for what I actually use. A flat price per area charges the same whether your forehead takes 10 units or 20, so some people pay for units they never get, and others get fewer units than they need. Per-unit pricing keeps the number tied to your face.
It also means first-timers usually spend less than they feared. I dose on the light side, and adding a few units at your two-week follow-up is easy.
No. Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau, and Letybo are all $13 per unit. The products are dosed differently, so unit counts can vary by product and area. I recommend whichever one fits your goals and quote it exactly at your visit.
The follow-up matters for your budget. Most first-timers worry about looking frozen or wasting money. Coming back at two weeks lets us fix either one without paying again.
Ask about payment methods at your visit. Financing through Cherry and CareCredit is available for treatment plans. Ask at your consult about manufacturer rewards programs, such as Allē and Aspire, where they apply to the product used.
Botox wears off gradually, so cost is a repeat expense. MedlinePlus notes that cosmetic Botox for frown lines, forehead lines, and crow's feet may be repeated every 3 to 4 months, depending on how long the effect lasts. Your timing may be different, and we'll talk about it at your follow-up.
A low price should come with two questions: who is injecting, and where did the product come from? The CDC has tracked people who were hurt after injections with counterfeit or unlabeled product bought online, or by someone without a valid healthcare license. Its page on botulinum toxin injections covers what to watch for. You can look up my license on the North Carolina Board of Nursing site, and the FDA prescribing information for Botox Cosmetic is public if you want to read it.
I can't tell you your exact unit count without watching your face move. If your plan includes filler, filler is priced per syringe and quoted at your consult, and I cover that on my facial balancing page. For everything else, see the full services menu.
